RETURNS POLICY
At PumpsUSA.com, Our goal is to satisfy you, our customer. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from PumpsUSA.com, you may return it within 15 days of the date of purchase, in its original unused condition with all manuals, warranty cards and any accessories included. We’re sorry, but all returns are subject to a 15 percent restock charge and we can’t accept returned special order items or refund freight charges.

If product is defective, please contact our customer service department for further assistance.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED
All returns – regardless of reason – must be approved first by contacting our customer service department (service@pumpsusa.com) which will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact us within 15 days of purchase to receive your RMA number.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
Please note that all shipments are fully insured, and insurance costs are included in the shipping and handling quote. If you see visible damage on the outer shipping box, please have the carrier make a note of it. You may choose to return the item and receive a refund (less shipping and handling) or an exchange. Refunds are subject to a 15 percent restock fee on undamaged items.

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department (service@pumsusa.com) immediately so we may file a claim with the shipper and inform you how we’ll fix the problem.

PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET YOUR NEEDS
100 percent satisfaction is our goal so if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund according to the policies listed. If you return an item for a refund because it does not meet your needs, we must charge a 15 percent restock fee.
